How to get to CIS:

 By road, coming from:

• the A36 motorway, exit n° 4 « Besançon Centre – St Claude ». Follow the direction « Lausanne – Besançon » and take exit n° 56. « Montrapon/Montboucons/TEMIS ». Follow the direction 'Centre-Ville' and at the 3rd roundabout, the entrance to the Centre is 50m. on your right

• BELFORT: at the entrance to Besançon, take the Boulevard Léon Blum on your right in the direction of DIJON / DOLE. After 4.5 km, turn right onto the «Avenue des Montboucons », the entrance to the Centre is 300m on your left.

• LAUSANNE: arriving at Besançon, at the 1st roundabout, take the direction « Montbéliard / Belfort ». Then follow directions for the A36 motorway.

• LYON: At the village of Beure, take the direction « Dole/ Vesoul/Montbéliard ».

 By train, from the Besançon railway station:

- On weekdays until 8 pm : from the SNCF railway station, go on foot to the « Foch Gare » station. Take the N°4 Bus in the direction of « Founottes ». Get off at the stop marked « Pôle Sportif ». You are right in front of the Centre.

- Sundays, Bank holidays and evenings after 8 pm : from the SNCF railway station, go on foot to the « Gare SNCF Viotte » station. Take Bus A in the direction of « Orchamps ». Get off at the stop marked « Vesoul » and change buses. Take Bus C in the direction of « Bregille ». Get off at the stop marked « Notre Dame ». Go on foot from there in the direction of the Sports Centre ('Pôle Sportif') of Montboucons/Centre International de Séjour (1st on your right).
