DISCOVERING BESANCON

When you’re in Besançon you’re at the centre of Franche-Comté’s tourism, with pathways in the open countryside adapted to rambling over its 2,400 hectares of green area ; a cultural magnet, with its historical centre and extraordinary heritage, well-enclosed by the fortifications of Vauban, listed, as of July 2008 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
